Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance company.  Please verify coverage and deductible information before your scheduled appointment.  The client or legal guardian is responsible for any fees regardless of third party coverage.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact the office 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment; otherwise you will be responsible for payment for the missed session.
